1. Description of Service
Solar Proxy VPN is an application that provides users with network proxy and virtual private network (VPN) connection services. The Service is designed to encrypt your network traffic, protect connection privacy, and enable lawful access to internet content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under that age, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
- Some features of the App may require a paid subscription, processed through the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription, including disabling auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings.
- Cancellation during an active subscription period will not result in a refund, but you will retain access until the end of the current period.
4. User Conduct
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service, and you will not:
- Engage in any activity that violates the laws or regulations of your jurisdiction;
- Use the Service to conduct cyberattacks, intrusions, or distribute malware;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights of others;
- Distribute harassing, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
5. Service Availability
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable and available. However, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, hardware, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control, and we accept no liability for such interruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software code) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the App or this website and will take effect on the date of posting. We encourage you to review them periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if no resolution can be reached, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
